Live-Hosted Virtual Events for Corporate Teams

Find the Perfect Team Building Experience

Live hosted events are our premium, fully facilitated experiences for teams that want something more curated than a standard activity. A senior facilitator works with you ahead of time to understand your goals — team cohesion, leadership development, post-merger integration, kickoff energy — and builds an event around those outcomes.

Who it's for

This format is best for leadership offsites, executive retreats, all-hands kickoffs, post-acquisition team integration sessions, and any high-stakes event where you want professional facilitation rather than a packaged activity. Group sizes typically range from 15 to 200, though we can scale higher with co-facilitators.

What's included

Every live hosted event includes a senior facilitator with corporate facilitation experience, a custom agenda built collaboratively with your team during a pre-event planning call, branded materials and slides, breakout structuring for working sessions, full session recording, and a post-event summary report capturing key themes and team feedback.

How it works

It starts with a 30–45 minute discovery call where we learn what you're trying to accomplish and who's attending. We then design a custom agenda — typically a mix of facilitated discussion, interactive activities, breakout work, and reflection time. On event day, your facilitator runs the session start to finish, manages timing, draws out quieter participants, and keeps the conversation focused on outcomes. Afterward, you get a recording and a written debrief.

Logistics

We work on Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and Webex, with full support for breakout rooms, polls, and collaborative whiteboards. All US time zones supported, plus EU coverage 9am–8pm CET. Minimum lead time is two weeks for custom-built events. Pricing reflects the custom design work and senior facilitator time — get in touch for a tailored quote.
