Virtual Team Building Events for Corporate Teams

Find the Perfect Team Building Experience

Social deduction games are the most strategic virtual team-building format we offer. Built on the classic Mafia and Werewolf game structure, our sessions put your team into a high-stakes hidden-role scenario where players must read each other, build trust, expose deception, and make group decisions with incomplete information. The result is an hour of intense engagement that surfaces communication patterns, persuasion styles, and decision-making dynamics in a way no other format can.

The custom industry twist

What sets our social deduction games apart is the custom narrative we build around your industry. Instead of generic villagers and werewolves, your team plays roles set inside a story tailored to your world: a tech company hunting a rogue insider leaking source code, a hospital network identifying a compromised credential, a law firm uncovering a partner negotiating with the opposing side, a finance team rooting out an embezzler before the audit. The mechanics stay the same — hidden roles, day-and-night phases, group accusations, secret votes — but the story makes it instantly relevant and surprisingly memorable. Teams quote moments from the game weeks later.

Who it's for

Social deduction works best for teams of 8 to 30 in a single game, with multiple parallel games running for larger groups up to 100. It's particularly popular with leadership teams, sales organizations, product teams, and any group where reading people, communicating clearly, and influencing group consensus are part of the actual job. It's also a favorite for offsites where teams have already done lighter activities and are ready for something with more depth.

What's included

Every event includes a live host who narrates the story and moderates the game, a custom industry-themed scenario built for your company, fully designed role cards and game materials, a live-managed pace that keeps every player engaged, and a post-game debrief where the host highlights the communication and trust dynamics that emerged. Recordings are available on request — and they're worth keeping, because the post-game reactions are usually the best part.

How it works

Your team joins the video call and the host introduces the scenario. Each player is privately assigned a hidden role: most are loyal team members, a small number are the hidden adversaries, and a few have special abilities (the investigator, the protector, others depending on the variant). The game alternates between "day" phases where the full group debates and votes on who to eliminate, and "night" phases where the hidden roles act in secret. Loyal players win by identifying and removing the adversaries. Adversaries win by surviving and outnumbering the loyal team. Each game runs roughly 30–45 minutes, with most events fitting two full games plus debrief into a 60–90 minute window.

Logistics

Sessions run on Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and Webex, with breakout rooms used for private night-phase actions. We support all US time zones and EU coverage 9am–8pm CET. Minimum lead time is one week for custom industry scenarios — the storywriting is what makes this format land, and we don't shortcut it. Pricing reflects the custom narrative design work; reach out for a quote based on your group size and how much industry-specific customization you want.
