The story wall
Put the six beats of your company story in order.
First Week · employee onboarding game
One week from kickoff call to live game.
First Week is a 20-minute onboarding game made from your own company story, values, people and tools. Each new hire plays it alone, any time in week one: the story wall, values in action, who to ask, the toolbox and the first week’s rituals. Passing the quiz (8 of 10) gives a record of completion, and each cohort gets its own leaderboard. Setup is $2,500 once, then $19 per person, from $199 per cohort.
Plays in the browser, no sign-up. The demo is set at Harborview Software, a company we made up.

Your company story, values, people and tools, played in a new hire’s first week. They finish knowing who to ask, where things live and what your values look like on a Friday afternoon.
One call or your handbook: your company story, your values with one real example each, who to ask for what, your tools, the first-week rituals and ten facts for the quiz. We read your logo and colors from your website; you check them.
The first playable version within one working day of your inputs, then a review round with you. One week from kickoff call to live game.
One link per cohort. Each new hire plays alone, any time in week one, for about 20 minutes, and lands on the cohort’s leaderboard. Each new cohort gets a link of its own.
Five rooms, about 20 minutes, solo and self-paced. A wrong answer shows the right one and never locks anything.
The company story
Put the six beats of your company story in order.
Your values
A real situation for each value: what does one of your people do next?
Who to ask
Match each question to the right team or channel.
Tools and where things live
Every tool, matched to its job.
The first-week rituals
Put the rituals on the calendar. Planning the week opens the last door.
Six beats of your story, and each value with a real example from your company.
The teams and channels for the questions new hires ask most.
Your main tools and places, and the first-week rituals.
For the quiz at the end. You type every name of your people; we never take them from the web.
Everyone who passes the quiz at the end (8 of 10 right) gets “Onboarding — Record of Completion” as a PDF, with their name, the date and the score. Retakes are unlimited; the best score counts.
Per new hire and per cohort, as CSV and PDF: completed, points, best quiz score and attempts, the weakest room and the facts missed most, for the manager and People Ops.
Each new hire also gets a desk card to keep: who to ask, the tools and the first week.
Points per room put every new hire on the cohort’s leaderboard.
Thirty days after someone finishes, a five-question refresher checks what stuck: its links are in the report.
Prices in US dollars. Nothing to buy online: we send you a quote and an invoice.
