How to play

You got a link to your team's game. Here is everything you need, in two minutes.

1. Before you start

Run the one-minute laptop check: it tells you if this computer is ready.
A computer with Chrome or Edge is best. Phones work too: turn yours sideways.
Headphones help: there is sound, and you will talk with your team.
A quiet spot and a decent internet connection.

2. Join your team's game

Open the link you received. It is only for your team's game: don't share it outside your team.
Type your name and join.
Allow the microphone when the browser asks, so your team hears you. The camera is up to you.
Everyone on the same link plays in the same game.

3. Play (about 45 minutes)

Talk all the time: clues are spread around, and some puzzles need two of you at once.
Read every note, open drawers, try the locks.
The timer at the top shows the time left.

On a computer

HA hint when you are stuck (clearer each time)

KNarration: notes read aloud

Turn your phone sideways. On Android the game goes full screen.

If something goes wrong

Lost the connection or closed the tab? Open the same link again: you are back with your team, where you were.
Can't hear anyone? Check the microphone permission (the lock icon next to the address) and your headphones.
Something odd? Press Feedback at the top and tell us.

At the end

You see your team's score and time.
A minute later a short feedback form appears: please fill it in, it really helps.
