How it works

Your kickoff content in, a branded team game out.

  1. Send your launch content

One 45-minute call or our forms: the new features, the pricing rules, your top objections with the approved answers, competitor lines, a customer story and the demo flow. We read your logo and colors from your website; you check them.

  2. We build it in a week

The first playable version within one working day of your inputs, then a review round with you. One week from kickoff call to live game.

  3. Your teams play

Live at the kickoff, run by our game master or by you, or self-play on each rep’s own time. You get the results per rep and per team, and the leaderboard on the main screen.

What reps do in the game

Five rooms, one deal. Every room is a piece of the same proposal, built from your launch, and every right answer scores for the team.

The pricing vault in the Harborview demo: the customer brief, the launch changes and the quote builder with a tile per row for tier, unit, quantity, carrier portal and term

Pricing and packaging

The pricing vault

Reps build the quote for the deal of the quarter from your new packaging rules. A wrong quote shows the rule it broke, so they learn it before a customer sees it.

The objection gauntlet in the Harborview demo: a customer objection, a 25-second timer and three possible answers

Objection handling

The objection gauntlet

Your top objections, 25 seconds each. Three answers sound plausible; only one is your approved line. One shot per objection, on the clock.

Competitor battlecards

The competitor lineup

Each competitor claim, matched to your counter. Reps learn what your product adds without knocking anyone.

The demo room in the Harborview demo: the customer asks to see the yard, and six demo steps to put in the right order

The demo flow

The demo room

The demo steps in the right order, with the customer watching. Lead with the wrong screen and the customer loses interest.

The end screen in the Harborview demo: Harborview Pro launched, the team’s points and the result in each of the five rooms

Putting the deal together

The deal desk

The whole proposal: the right package and price, a matching customer story, the objection answered before it comes up and an agreed next step. Then the team’s points by room.

Shown with Harborview Software, a fictional company: its product, customer, prices and competitors are all made up. Your game uses your launch, and your brand is on the players’ side.

Questions

How fast can we have it?

One week from kickoff call to live game. You get the first playable version within one working day of your inputs, then a review round with you before the kickoff.

What content do you need from us?

What your reps need to know for the launch: the new features, the pricing and packaging rules, your top objections with the approved answers, two or three competitors with your counters, a customer story and the demo flow. One 45-minute call or our forms covers it. Your logo and colors we read from your website, and you check them.

Is our launch content safe with you?

You keep all rights in your content. We use it only to make, run and support your game, we never reuse questions built from your material for anyone else, and we don’t show your brand or your game in our marketing without your permission. Your game links are private: not listed anywhere and not indexed by search engines. Please don’t send us personal data about individuals.

How many people can play?

Any number of teams at once, all on one leaderboard. 4–6 reps per team is ideal and one game takes up to 10. The game runs about 25–30 minutes.

Our sales team is remote. Does it work?

Yes. Everyone plays in the browser on a laptop or a phone, nothing to install, next to your Zoom, Meet or Teams call. In-person and hybrid kickoffs work too: room teams and remote teams play the same event on the same leaderboard.

Can we reuse it at the next kickoff?

Yes. Running it again costs the per-person price only, with no annual fee. A solo replay link lets reps who missed the kickoff, and new hires, play it later.

How are results reported?

A report per rep and per team, as CSV and PDF: completed, score, time, the weakest room and what was missed most. You also get a coaching list of the objections missed most, so your managers know what to work on after the kickoff.

What does it cost?

Setup from your content is $2,500 once, with one revision round. Then self-play is $19 per person, from $199 per run; hosted by our game master, $35 per person, from $399 per run. Prices in US dollars; we send a quote and an invoice.
