Is it really free?
Yes. The 5-minute game and your company room are free: no sign-up, no card. The full 45-minute story game for your team is the paid product.
What do you take from my website?
Only public things from your homepage: your company's name, logo, colours, tagline and a few values (from Wikipedia when a site turns us away). Nothing behind a login, and we never email anyone at the company.
The logo or the colours are wrong. Can I fix them?
Yes: upload your own logo (SVG, PNG, JPG or WebP, up to 2 MB) and pick your colours, before or after you play. Only your room changes; everyone else keeps their own.
Who can see my room?
Only people you send its link to. Rooms aren't listed anywhere or shown to search engines.
How does the leaderboard work?
Everyone who escapes your room's game adds a name. The time comes from the game itself, so nobody can type in a better one.
Can I make one for a company I don’t work for?
In good faith, yes: to show a team the game. Every room says it was made from public information and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by the company, and the company can remove it at any time.
How do I remove my company?
Use the remove link at the bottom of any room, or the Remove a company page. We stop making demos and rooms of it at once.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes, turned sideways. A laptop is best for a whole team, with the built-in voice chat or alongside Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams.
