Free: the 5-minute taste, dressed for Halloween

Type your company’s website and in about a minute your team plays a short escape game in your logo and colours. In September and October it plays in its Halloween version by itself: jack-o’-lanterns, cobwebs and bats in the Winter Chalet, a moonlit arena or a haunted rooftop, and it ends with “Happy Halloween from” your company. Any other time, pick Halloween in the world picker.

Questions

What are good virtual Halloween activities for work?

Something the whole team plays together rather than watches: a story escape game for teams of 4 to 8 (45 minutes), a Halloween trivia quiz for a bigger group, or a short costume parade on your call before either. All of ours run in the browser, next to your video call.

Is it too scary for some colleagues?

No. The story games are atmospheric mysteries (a candlelit alchemist's house, a lighthouse on a stormy night, a station on the sea floor), not horror, and nothing gory. The free taste's Halloween version is pumpkins, cobwebs and bats.

How long does it take?

The story games take 45 minutes; with a welcome and a debrief, plan about an hour. The free taste takes 5 minutes. A trivia show takes about 30 minutes, or 45 to 60 with a live host.

How many people can play?

Story games: teams of 4 to 8, any number of teams at the same time. Trivia Night: from about 10 people to 300 in one show.

How late can we book for Halloween?

Self-play story games: the team links are ready right after payment, so even the same week works. A live host: at least 3 days ahead. A custom Halloween quiz: at least 7 days ahead, so we can write it and you can review it.

Can it carry our company's brand?

Yes: your logo, colours and values appear in the game, and the free taste's Halloween version ends with "Happy Halloween from" your company.

Do we need costumes or anything to install?

No. Costumes are a fun extra on camera, not a requirement. Players need a laptop or phone with a current browser and the link: nothing to install, no sign-up.

Plan your team's Halloween.
